THE GUARANTEE:
To make sure your sleep system is the right fit, we proudly extend our commitment to value and service with a 120 Night Comfort Guarantee. You will have 120 nights to try out your mattress and if you are not 100% satisfied after sleeping on it for at least 30 nights, you can exchange it.
ADJUSTING TO YOUR NEW MATTRESS:
NIGHT 1:
When your new mattress arrives, it won't feel exactly like the one you tested in our showroom right away- it needs a minimum of 30 nights to fully break in. Much like a fresh pair of shoes, the internal foam layers require a bit of time to mold to your shape. Gradually, these layers will soften and adapt perfectly to your body.
TRANSITION PERIOD:
Keep in mind that a new mattress comes with an adjustment period as your body gets used to a different sleep surface. Because you aren't accustomed to the correct support your new mattress offers, you might experience some initial soreness. This is completely normal as your body adapts to a healthier, more natural alignment.
COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY:
- If, after 30 days, and before 120 days, you have not reached your desired level of comfort with your purchase, you may exchange your mattress for the same size mattress of equal or greater value. You will receive a 100% credit of your original mattress purchase toward the ticket price of a replacement mattress.*
- An approved mattress protector must be purchased from us with the original mattress to be able to take advantage of our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee.
- This trial ends after 120 nights from the delivery date. A mattress must be re-selected in person before the 120 night trial period ends.
- This exchange applies to the mattress only. Foundations and power bases are non-returnable, as are mattress protectors and sheets once the factory seal is broken.
- Exchange excludes special orders, final sale, closeouts and floor samples.
- The mattress must be kept clean, undamaged, and free from stains and odors. The "do not remove under penalty of law" label must also be intact. The mattress will be subject to inspection upon the exchange date from our delivery team. The mattress must be in a clean and sanitary condition.
- There is a $95 charge to come out, inspect, pick up the returning mattress and redeliver the new selected mattress of your choosing.
*If the reselected mattress has a lower retail value than the mattress you are returning, there will not be a refund issued. We highly recommend choosing an option of equal or greater value if you wish to exchange so you are not going backwards. Additionally, if the reselected mattress has a higher retail value than the mattress being exchanged, you are responsible for the difference. In 37 years, nobody has been satisfied with a lower priced option using the comfort program. Always trade laterally or trade up for the best experience. No refunds are provided after the mattress has been opened from its original factory sealed packaging.
